Updated-Multi-vehicle accident shuts down Highway 31 and 52nd in Kenosha

UPDATED- A dump truck’s driver suffered a medical emergency between 52nd and 60th streets and struck a vehicle. That vehicle then hit a Kenosha County Sheriff’s deputy’s squad car.
