Prayer Vigil being held for Maurice Carter

The Rev. Dr. Tony Larsen will lead a Racine Interfaith Coalition Prayer Vigil on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the 1000 block of Grand Avenue in Racine for 41-year-old Maurice Carter, who was shot on Thursday evening, December 11th and later died. Everyone is invited to attend. Share
