If you have been served a summons for foreclosure, my guess is your time is up. Generally you hve 12 months to cure, and it sounds like you have not made payments (or at least full payments)for some time now. I would start looking for a nice rental.

Hi All, I have been served with a foreclosure summons on my home. I am in search of a local attorney who can help me with filing a response to the court, one who hopefully will work with me on payment for that service. I have applied with my mortgagor for the unemployment forebearance program and hopefully will not need the attorney’s assistance any further than the response. Short of looking in the yellow pages for an attorney, I have no idea who to call. Does anyone know of an attorney who may be able and willing to help me? Thanks for any help with this.

Can we take out the trees the city planted? My neighbor on the corner of Lasalle and Berkeley Dr took out 1 last year. Then the city planted another one. This year he took out that one. Don’t seem right.

Sure hope they find those responsible for this. It should be easy to see who was there at the exact time. The turtle was never a threat to anyone. If the golf partners don’t come forward. They should also be charged.

its not that common at all for this to happen. i had my first kid when i was 20 my second at 22(im 30 now). most people i know had there kids at that age. we didnt need parenting classes and nothing like this ever happened. dont judge based off of one random persons actions. mindsets like that are dangerous.
