UPDATE-Owners have been located and this pup has gone home! Found Dog-This pup was found Wednesday afternoon in the 4900 block of N. Green Bay . Update dog is not chipped. Resident hold the pup for awhile transporting to Wisconsin Humane Society Racine Campus.
