Convicted heroin dealer sentenced to 25 years in prison for 1st Reckless Homicide

On 07-20-2014 at 5:36pm hours the Racine County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Skydive Midwest, 13851 56th Road in Sturtevant, Wisconsin for a sky diving accident.
