According to the criminal complaint, Racine Police responded to calls from a neighbors that the suspect beat his 4 year old pitbull to death. According to the police reports witnesses found the suspect over the dog who was laying on his side. It’s stated that the suspect was upset because the dog pooped in the house. Witnesses told the suspect to chill out and leave the dog alone.

A short time later the loud booms started again, so neighbors went to the residence and found the suspect holding the dog by the collar this time. Witnesses stated that he was not harming the dog at this time, so they left. A few minutes later the loud booms started, neighbors went to the residence and found the suspect holding the dog by its mouth and ear and was actively beating the dogs head into the floor.

According to the complaint witnesses state at that time, the suspect was saying that he was going to kill the dog. The suspect stepped away from the dog and witnesses found the dog was indeed dead and had blood coming his mouth, had lost control of his bowels and had no pulse. Reports state that the suspect began to cry and didn’t believe the dog was dead and was trying to make the dog get up. Police reports indicate that witnesses state that the suspect was very intoxicated. Neighbors state that the suspect has beaten the dog numerous times in the past and that they would try to intervene. The criminal complaint states that the dog was wrapped in a blanket, put on his dog bed and then put in a shed because no one knew what to do because the suspect had left the residence. According to Racine Police a warrant was issued for the suspect and he was later picked up.

  7. If you lied to the police and the court, how can you blame them for not exacting the justice you seek? Hopefully now that this story is receiving some public attention, he will finally get exactly what he deserves.
