Aldermanic Spring Election April 2,2013

Interested in making change in the city? Here’s any ordinary citizens chance to do so. On April 2,2013 there will be Spring Elections for all ODD number districts. Prior to announcing your candidacy for office or circulating nomination papers, you must file a Campaign Registration Statement in the City Clerk’s Office. The number of signatures required on nomination papers for Alderman is not less than 20 nor more than 40. The first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2012 and the final day for filing papers is Wednesday, January 2,2013 in the Office of the City Clerk. If a primary is needed that will be held on Tuesday, February 19,2013.

These ODD numbered districts include:
1-Keith Fair
3-Mike Shields
5-Melissa Kaprelian-Becker
7-Raymond DeHahn
9-Terance McCarthy
11-Greg Helding
13-James Morganroth
15-Robert Mozel

  1. It is time to clean house and right all that has been wrong. We need to vote in people who have the interest of the people and not those of the administration.
