Tactical situation near Brookfield Square-3 killed

Multiple law enforcement agencies along with fire/rescue are on scene at Brookfield Square and Azana spa located across the street, in Waukesha for a tactical situation. Radio reports that there is an active shooter there and there are injured victims that have been taken to Froedert Hospital. Radio reports that there is a complete perimeter set up around the area, officers are going in and trying to evacuate people that were inside Brookfield Square. Many are hiding right now inside the shopping mall and have barricaded themselves for safety. Officers are going in to rescue parties now. All roads around Brookfield Square are blocked off to the public. Unknown if the suspect is in custody at this time. Officers are trying to get a headcount of all available employees at a store and where the last known location of the suspect was. Bluemound and Mooreland Roads are blocked off at this time, it appears from the exits at 94. Radio reports that the FBI is contacting the command post.
12:09 p.m. – A SMART alert has been issued for all Waukesha and Milwaukee law enforcement agencies. Family members are starting to show up to the scene, reports state that there were multiple victims transported to hospitals and all hospitals were put on alert. The shooting scene is Azana Spa which is located across from Brookfield Square. Reports state that the shooter opened fire on people and per command last known total of victims were 6. Reports that suspect is still on the loose.
12:16 p.m. – Radio reports that Flight For Life is looking for a place to land near the scene
12:18 p.m. – FBI is now on scene
12:27 p.m. – There are aprox 7 ambulances and Flight for Life waiting in the staging area.
12:29 p.m. – It doesn’t appear that suspect is in custody, other sources are stating that they are asking for a bomb sweep of the building
