Park Student Facing Felony Charges and Possible Expulsion

According to the Racine County District Attorney’s office a 14-year-old boy was charged Wednesday with two felonies after allegedly placing a bottle bomb in a Park High School garbage can Tuesday morning.

The student, a freshman, was charged in juvenile court with recklessly endangering safety and possession of explosive materials. The suspect will not be identified  because he is a minor and is charged in juvenile court.

The Principal at Park High School states that the student faces suspension and expulsion, Racine Unified Central Office cannot confirm if the student was expelled
