Owner of Gerald’s charged after shooting gun into the air

The owner of Gerald’s Smokehouse was arrested and charged with misdemeanor recklessly endangering safety after police responded to an incident for shots fired/weapons violation outside his bar early Sunday morning 10/21/2012 at around 2:10 a.m.
When officers responded to Gerald’s (Washington and Ann) they found the owner and 2 parties on scene. Officers were in the area when they shots were fired, reports state that the owner said he felt threatened by 2 parties he was trying to get to leave the area after an argument started. He fired 2 shots into the air. Police charged him with misdemeanor recklessly endangering safety.

  1. I notice that Dynamite 1 is no longer on the Wisconsin Department of Revenue Delinquent Taxpayers list. Thank you for paying.

    HOWEVER, I notice Dynamite 1 Ent., 1501 Washington Ave. is still in arrears on property tax. $16,376.36 to be exact.
