Crime of the Week-October 29th, 2012

The Racine Police Department in conjunction with CRIME STOPPERS of Racine County Inc. is seeking information on a Bank Robbery that occurred in the City of Racine.

On October 23rd at approximately 12:39 PM Racine police officers responded to 1931 Grove Ave, (Landmark Credit Union), in reference to a report of a Bank Robbery.

The victim stated that she was working the teller area of the bank when she was approached by the suspect. The victim reported that the suspect handed her a plastic bag, displayed a handgun and instructed her to put the money in the bag. The victim complied with the suspect’s demands.

The suspect was described as a male black, six feet tall with a thin to medium build, fair or medium complexion, last seen wearing all black clothing.
