BUSTED and at RCJ-Dangerous felon off the streets

Racine County Inmate Records show that Andrew Garcia is currently in custody there. He was taken into custody and booked according to records on October 19th. Current charges include failing to register as a sex offender, and resisting obstructing, in addition he’s on a hold from DOC.
He had disappeared off the radar when he walked away from a halfway house in Kenosha back on September 12th. According to reports from the Caledonia Patch the Racine County District Attorney issued an arrested warrant this week and the US Marshals had already issued a warrant for him for absconding.
