“$%^#@, this is my 4th OWI” (um no it’s your fifth)

Matthew W. Molinaro was charged in Racine County Circuit Court Monday with one count of fifth offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

The deputy noticed Molinaro’s speech was slightly slurred and he had glassy, bloodshot eyes. He ordered Molinaro out of the SUV and Molinary reportedly nearly fell over while trying to stand up.

Molinaro said he drank two beers before driving, but he failed field sobriety tests. He then refused to take a Breathalyzer test, telling the deputy “I’m (expletive), this is my fourth one.”

He was then arrested and taken to the hospital for a blood test.
