RPD out with robbery suspect in standoff

From Fox6Now.com-The Racine Police Department is on scene of an apparent standoff, following an armed robbery earlier today Monday, September 17th. Police say a suspect robbed a business, before fleeing on foot. A perimeter and command post have been set up in the are of 20th and Howe. RPD say the suspect is  in a home, and they are trying to encourage that suspect to exit the home.
