Bystander pulls victim from car after crash

Racine Police and Racine Fire are on scene at Highway 38 and MM for an accident with injuries. 911 calls came in stating that a male driver hit a light pole and it appears that there are flames coming from underneath the vehicle. Bystanders states that they pulled him from the car, he is breathing but unresponsive and appears to possibly be intoxicated. Witnesses on scene report that there was a small fire behind the driver side tire. Mount Pleasant Police en route since this is their jurisdiction.
