BooC returned after “finders” were contacted by RPD

Reunited! Boo-C, Racine, lost 9-26, found 9-29.

The owners had gotten a call Saturday from finder, who left a message stating he was hesitant to return Boo C as he thought dog was malnourished! After owner had a few calls with finder without any results, owner called police. The police called finder who opted to return dog rather than get in trouble for keeping a lost dog!
