Biker Gang Bar Brawl Leaves Three Bleeding, Two Charged

One man tells police he pulled a gun so he could escape the bar after the fight because he felt threatened by the patrons. Two Milwaukee men are facing charges after they and their biker gang got involved in a fight in the bathroom of a Sturtevant bar, which resulted in one man getting stabbed.

Stephen S. Ohr and Pablo Wilder, both 28, were charged in Racine County Circuit Court with one count of carrying a concealed weapon, one count of obstructing an officer and one count of disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon. If convicted, Ohr faces up to 18 months in prison while Wilder faces up to one year in prison.

According to the criminal complaint:

On Sunday, Racine County sheriff’s deputies were called to Captain Cove’s Tavern after there was a report of a fight in the bathroom. When they arrived, deputies found three severely injured men in the bathroom and 150 to 200 people running out of the bar.

One of the injured men was stabbed, one sustained head injuries and the third had a laceration to the back of his head and eye.

A witness told a deputy he didn’t see the fight, but said Wilder walked out of the bathroom after the incident, pulled a gun and said “I will kill anyone that steps up.” Then Wilder allegedly walked out of the bar and drove off in a Jaguar.

Officers found the car nearby and pulled it over with Wilder and Ohr inside.

Wilder said they had been in the bathroom with several other members of their biker gang having a meeting about club business, when someone began to knock on the door. One of the men said to hold on, but someone then kicked the door open and went into a stall.

The man got into a scuffle with one of the biker gang members, which led to the violent row.

Wilder said he felt threatened when he walked out of the bathroom, so he pulled a handgun he had concealed on him so he could clear a path and get out. Once they got to the car, he said patrons from the bar began to kick and hit the car so he and Ohr drove off.

Once on the road Ohr realized there was a gun and told Wilder “I’m a felon,” so Wilder threw it out the window.

Ohr denied seeing the gun or seeing Wilder toss it out the window. However, officers discovered two knives on Ohr.

Wilder is currently being held in Racine County Jail on $2,500 bond while Ohr is being held on $1,500 bond.
