2 Charged in Drug Related Busts

2 Racine residents, Armando Barrios, 36 of the 1900 block of Lasalle St and his girlfriend Pamela Baker, 54, of the 1500 block of North St we arrested and charged with various drug related crimes.

Criminal complaints state that Barrios charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place and five counts of delivering cocaine for sales to a police informant. He stated to others that he owns the bar-Double D’s located in the 1300 block of Douglas Ave., where the sales allegedly took place and that everyone works for him.

Barrios made his initial appearance in court on Friday and was held on cash bond amounts of $50,000 and $10,000. Barrios’ alleged girlfriend, Pamela Baker, 54, 1502 North St., Racine, was also charged Friday for maintaining a drug trafficking place, but was released on a $5,000 signature bond.
