Another weekend marred by alcohol and gun play.
Welcome to Racine.
Ignore the Downtown drunks and gunfire – it is normal. Once you get used to it – your perception of crime will adjust accordingly.
It’s the new normal.
Welcome to Mayor John Dickert’s “Wild West Racine Experience”.
Complete with a Ghost Town on State Street. Abandoned homes that are falling down and inhabited by crack smoking ghosts. Gunshots will be heard nightly, but you can safely ignore those – it’s the taxes that will kill you! There is also a lone desperado in town who roams Racine with a posse of 15, robbing from the poor and giving to the rich!! The City Attorney is rumored to be as shady as can be, and in Racine promises were made to be broken! The citizens of Racine have no respect for the law – and that begins at City Haul! Enjoy your stay, but hold tightly onto your wallet!
QUESTION: What are these weekly escapades, fights, and shootings at the Bars of Racine costing the taxpayers of Racine? When will the Bar Owners have to shoulder the burden of the costs for the trouble their patrons cause?

At this time no official statement has been released by RPD. They were shooting in the direction of Kenny’s, that doesn’t mean that Kenny’s was the intended target, could have been a vehicle or vehicles. They drove by and did this
