Vigil For Jay Brook plan vigil tonight

Friends of 22-year-old Jeremiah L. “Jay” Brook have asked me to notify the community that a plan a vigil will be held at 8:30 p.m. tonight at the site of his Monday crash, at the intersection of Washington Avenue and 11th Street.

Police are investigating it as a homicide and its still an active investigation.
