Man Allegedly Kills Puppy Over $13

Racine police responded early this morning to calls that a male party had broken into a residence in the 400 block of Randolph. Radio reports stated that the woman owed him $13 so he allegedly killed a Beagle puppy. More information to follow as it becomes available.
