Suspicious circumstances 13th & Wright

Racine Police and Racine Fire/Rescue are on scene in an alley in the area of the 1300 block of West Blvd (radio reports mentioned Wright and 13th) for an attempted robbery. The victim was found in the alley that had been pepper sprayed and also has road rash, rescue is on scene treating and police are investigating, no suspect description broadcast at this time.
2:47 p.m. – Patient was treated on the scene and refused rescue, out with officers
4:14 p.m. – Radio reports that this may have been changed to a suspicious circumstances
