ATL issued for driver on possible solicitation of children

Racine police are on scene in the 2100 block of Olive. RPD was contacted when a 2004 dark blue, being driven by an older white male, followed some girls home from school. Witnesses were able to get plate information and the owner has convictions of 2 counts of solicitation. RPD has issued an ATL for the vehicle black 2004 Chevy Silverado (LEO has the address information). If stopped hold and advise.
