Police investigating multiple incidents on Maple.

4:44 p.m. A Full response from RFD and PD to 1500 block of Winslow. Caller states that their grandson is in the basement setting the basement on fire, dispatch said people said they could see flames
4:48 p.m. – Officers are on scene blocking off streets.
4:50 p.m. – Battalion 1 is returning to service. Engine 2 is returning to service
4:53 p.m. – Radio reports that the grandmother was mentioned to officers concerning the two suspects.
4:54 p.m. – Dispatch is radioing to officers that someone in the upper unit is threatening to hurt themselves and start a fire, dispatch is on the phone with a 3rd party caller.
5:00 p.m. – Additional squads are arriving on scene (haven’t heard all RFD units return) additional squads are being dispatched to the address
4:57 p.m. – Now they are trying to get a correct address, guess it’s an upper/lower residence, the one officers are out at is a single family home
4:58 p.m. – Officers have found fresh blood and a broken window to a home
5:07 p.m. – Police are investigating.
5:09 p.m. – Police checked a residence, no one inside. Police are still sorting out exactly what they are dealing with.
5:10 p.m. – Radio reports that the party fled southbound on a bike. Officers trying to get more info
5:13 p.m. – Officers found a small amount of blood inside the residence and the residence was trashed, police are interviewing people now and investigating.
5:27 p.m. – Officers have issued an ATL for the party to check his welfare.
