8:31 a.m. – Racine police and fire/rescue are responding to 911 calls for an accident with injuries at Yout and Arcturus. Callers state that a child has been struck by a vehicle.
8:33 a.m. – Fire is on scene, police are en route
8:34 a.m. – Radio is stating that the child appears to have a broken lower leg.
8:36 a.m. – Rescue is on scene, police are on scene
8:38 a.m. – Plates and parties are being run
8:45 a.m. – Fire is returning to service, radio reports that the victim is being transported to hospital.
8:47 a.m. – Police are following rescue to the hospital
