Car refuses to stop for police and crashes

1:49 a.m. – Officers are following a vehicle that is refusing to stop for police they were last seen on Hamilton towards Memorial
1:52 a.m.- Vehicle just crashed and the party fled the vehicle and is running on Prospect. Officers are in the area suspect is described as a black male wearing a black hat.
1:55 a.m.- Plates are being run they have Illinois plates. Officers are out at Hamilton and Memorial. Suspect had a baseball hat on. Squads are in the area searching for the suspect. He was last seen running through yards.
1:57 a.m. – Radio reports that he may be in the 1900 block of Prospect
2:00 a.m. – Sounds like the vehicle may have hit a main box at Prospect and Carlisle. City electrician is being notified, ET’s are en route to collect evidence
2:04 a.m. – Officer on scene is asking if the K9 unit is available.
2:13 a.m. – K9 unit is en route to the scene
2:19 a.m. – Emergency air
2:28 a.m. – Officers are out at a residence in that area and have found blood on the stairs to the basement
2:36 a.m. – BUSTED radio reports (with the k9 barking very loudly) that a party was found and detained in the basement
2:37 a.m. – Party is being run.
2:38 a.m. – Party is coming back suspended, no wants
