4:51 p.m. – Racine police are responding to 911 calls for a possible burglary in progress. Callers have found a window to a home open and are waiting outside.

Vandals hit multiple locations at Racine’s southside

9:25 a.m. – Racine police have been investigating calls for vandalism on Racine’s southside that happened during the overnight hours. They have been out on Kenwood, where homes and vehicles had been hit and now there are calls for vandalism in the Knoll and Rosalind area. Fleetwood Drive was also vandalism. Burglary-1800 block of Franklin

5:06 p.m. – Police are responding to calls for a burglary in the 1800 block of Franklin. Caller states that it has been checked, more info to follow if it becomes available.

Burglary-4100 block of Olive

4:53 p.m. – Multiple squads are responding to the 4100 block of Olive. 911 calls coming in are stating that the residents came home, found the screen off their window and the window open. Unknown if anyone is still inside. Caller is waiting outside for police.

Burglary-1900 block of Linden

4:24 p.m. – Racine police are responding to calls for a burglary in the 1900 block of Linden. Resident came home to find their back door was kicked in. Unknown if anyone is still inside. Victims haven’t checked the home they are waiting for police.

RPD/RFD responding to assault-1500 block MLK

3:44 p.m.- Racine police and fire/rescue are responding to 911 calls for an assault in the 1500 block of MLK. Caller states that she was just assaulted by her boyfriend. Radio reports that the boyfriend is still on scene.

Boy rescued from drowning-Marriott Hotel

11:05 a.m. – Rescue personnel are en route to the Marriott in the 7100 block of Washington Ave. 911 calls coming in are stating that a boy was drowning in the pool. People were able to pull him from the pool, they would like rescue to check on him.
