Please residents of Racine, remember this on voting day. Remember how if you are “cozy” with Dickert you could land a job. Here’s a quote from an aldermen about this and the link to the Journal Times.

One of its precepts (ask any of the politicians or federal prosecutors in Chicago about this) is that the person who gains office rewards friends and supporters with jobs. That doesn’t make the practice proper, and overuse of such patronage is what led to civil service rules.”
